TERMS OF SERVICE DueTrack — Hisab Sahakari Effective Date: February 10, 2026 | Last Updated: April 09, 2026
By creating an account or using any part of the DueTrack Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DueTrack. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
1. About DueTrack
DueTrack is a cloud-based accounting and due management software designed for small and medium-sized businesses in Bangladesh. It is operated by Moniruzzaman Monjil, Gala Union Parishad, Tangail Sadar, Tangail, Bangladesh (Trade License No: 3219613403948). The Service includes debtor management and due tracking, SMS reminder dispatch to debtors, stock and transaction tracking, profit and loss reporting, cash management (Cashbox), and push notifications via the DueTrack Android app. The Service is available at duetrack.com.bd, app.duetrack.com.bd, and the DueTrack Android application.
2. Eligibility
To use DueTrack, you must be at least 18 years of age, be a resident of Bangladesh or operate a business registered in Bangladesh, provide accurate and complete registration information, and not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above conditions.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration You must register using a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3.2 Account Responsibility You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use at support@duetrack.com.bd. You must not share your credentials with any other person or create multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction.
3.3 Accuracy of Information You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated at all times.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use DueTrack only for lawful business purposes. You must not send unsolicited, abusive, or harassing SMS messages to third parties; enter false or fraudulent business data; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access the Service; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; or violate any applicable law of Bangladesh including the Digital Security Act and the ICT Act. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
5. SMS Services
5.1 Your Responsibility When sending SMS reminders through DueTrack, you confirm that you have a legitimate business relationship with the recipient, the phone number belongs to your actual debtor or customer, and the message content is truthful and not threatening or harassing.
5.2 SMS Limits and Delivery SMS usage is subject to plan-based limits. DueTrack does not guarantee 100% SMS delivery due to factors outside our control, including carrier restrictions and recipient network issues.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing DueTrack offers a free plan and paid premium plans listed at duetrack.com.bd/#pricing. Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payment Method Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, bank transfer, or other methods communicated at purchase. Payment must be completed before premium features are activated.
6.3 Billing Period Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
6.4 Price Changes We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 14 days in advance.
7. Refund Policy

8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with DueTrack are the exclusive property of DueTrack and its owner. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal business purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. User Data and Content
You retain full ownership of all business data you enter into DueTrack. By using the Service, you grant DueTrack a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never access, use, or share your business data for any purpose other than delivering the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Account Termination and Deletion
10.1 Termination by You You may request account deletion at any time through: In-App by going to Settings > Account > Delete Account; by Email at support@duetrack.com.bd with subject "Account Deletion Request"; or via our Online Form at duetrack.com.bd/contact. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any unused subscription unless stated in our Refund Policy.
10.2 Termination by DueTrack We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. Reasonable notice will be provided for material changes that affect your use of the Service.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DueTrack and its owner shall not be liable for loss of business data due to user error, indirect or consequential damages, unauthorized account access due to failure to maintain password security, or SMS delivery failure due to third-party carrier issues. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DueTrack, its owner, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tangail, Bangladesh.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. For material changes, users will be notified via the app or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
