Refund Policy

1. Overview

DueTrack offers subscription-based premium plans for its accounting and due management software. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided. By purchasing a DueTrack subscription, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

2. Free Trial

DueTrack provides a 7-day free trial for all new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service before making a purchase decision.

3. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if:

  1. You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment
  2. You have not consumed more than 10 SMS credits from your plan during that period
  3. The Service experienced a critical failure or was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our fault during your subscription period

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  1. The 7-day refund window has passed
  2. You changed your mind after a period of active use
  3. Subscription was renewed, and the new billing period has already begun
  4. Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  5. Partial refunds for unused days within a billing period are not provided unless the Service was unavailable due to our fault

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request:

  1. Send an email to support@duetrack.com.bd with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Registered Phone Number]"
  2. Include the following in your message:
  3. Your registered mobile number
  4. The date of payment
  5. The payment method used (bKash/Nagad/bank transfer)
  6. The transaction reference number or screenshot of payment
  7. The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  1. Refunds will be returned via the same payment method used for the original transaction
  2. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days from approval, depending on the payment method
  3. DueTrack does not charge any processing fee for approved refunds

7. Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will revert to the free plan.

8. Service Credits

At our sole discretion, we may offer account credits in lieu of a cash refund. Credits can be applied toward future subscription renewals and have no cash value.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our decision on a refund request, you may escalate the matter by contacting us at contact@duetrack.com.bd. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
