DueTrack offers subscription-based premium plans for its accounting and due management software. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided. By purchasing a DueTrack subscription, you agree to the terms of this Policy.
DueTrack provides a 7-day free trial for all new accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service before making a purchase decision.

If your refund is approved:
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your account will remain active until the end of the paid period, after which it will revert to the free plan.

At our sole discretion, we may offer account credits in lieu of a cash refund. Credits can be applied toward future subscription renewals and have no cash value.
